Accepted abstracts for poster sessions will be presented by electronic format only (e-poster). These will be displayed on touch screens during the Congress and will also be available on the application of the event (Grenadine), a couple of days before the event and some time after.
The deadline for e-posters submission: August 5th 2026 (Time Zone: (GMT-04:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)
Any poster not received before this date, despite having been accepted by the scientific committee, will not be able to be presented during the Congress. It will neither be published in the meeting Proceedings.
Around July 15th, you will be able to submit your posters on the same platform you registered for the Congress (Grenadine), through which you can upload your poster that will be displayed on the screens at the Congress venue.
The congress organization has created a template in Power Point format, which is MANDATORY for you to use in order to elaborate your poster.
We remind you that the poster must have the same contents referred to in the submitted abstract and the structure that appears in the regulations.
However, it is allowed to vary the composition of the template, as well as the inclusion of graphs, figures, photographs, etc.
