E-Posters Submission

Accepted abstracts for poster sessions will be presented by electronic format only (e-poster). These will be displayed on touch screens during the Congress and will also be available on the application of the event (Grenadine), a couple of days before the event and some time after.

Deadline

The deadline for e-posters submission: August 5th 2026 (Time Zone: (GMT-04:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)

Any poster not received before this date, despite having been accepted by the scientific committee, will not be able to be presented during the Congress. It will neither be published in the meeting Proceedings. 

Platform for sending and receiving e-posters

Around July 15th, you will be able to submit your posters on the same platform you registered for the Congress (Grenadine), through which you can upload your poster that will be displayed on the screens at the Congress venue.

Poster Template

The congress organization has created a template in Power Point format, which is MANDATORY for you to use in order to elaborate your poster.

We remind you that the poster must have the same contents referred to in the submitted abstract and the structure that appears in the regulations.

However, it is allowed to vary the composition of the template, as well as the inclusion of graphs, figures, photographs, etc.

Instructions to create your poster

  • Use this template to make your poster. Don’t delete the congress banner. Remember, do not change the size of the template, nor its orientation. Do not delete the congress banner.
  • Type your poster number in the upper left side replacing 000 with your poster number.
  • Create your poster with 1 slide.
  • Font size equal to or bigger than 26 points.
  • Font size in graphics and legends bigger than 22 points. Create the font of the graphic when you already have the size of the adapted graphic.
  • Typography: use Verdana or Arial font.
  • We recommend not using bold or italic text.
  • Select a plain background without ornaments.
  • Choose a background color that contrasts with the text.
  • You can transfer your poster in PDF format.
